Enjoy a private old west town that sleeps 22 people with 5 unique buildings connected by a western boardwalk. Each suite has its own private bath and modern amenities. Included is a Bank with a king suite and living room with a sleeper sofa. A Jail with a king suite and two queens in a jail cell. A Saloon with a pool table, poker and shuffleboard. The Saloon also includes a full kitchen, laundry, and outhouse on the lower floor. The upper bunkroom has four queen bunks and a full bathroom. The General Store has a king suite and living room with a sleeper sofa. The stocked front Store area has shelves full of snacks, produce and toiletries. The Theater is ready for your favorite movie on an 85 inch smart TV. The front of the Theater is where you will find the popcorn machine as well as video games and a private bathroom. Parties and celebrations are allowed for paying guests.
Each building brings you back to the Old West. Once inside you will be greeted by western decor in the front and modern suites in the back. No need for everyone to sleep under one roof. Spread out among the 5 suites, and everyone can meet up in the Saloon together or watch a movie in the Theater.
For outdoor activities, enjoy the large waterhole (40x40 ft pool) and the large hot tub on the deck. The O.K Corral has an outdoor kitchen with two grills, one smoker and a flatiron grill. Plenty of seating to watch the game or cozy up to the outdoor fireplace.
Very strong Wi-Fi surrounds the town so you will never be disconnected.
Located out in the country in East Texas on a 75 acre ranch, the town is on a private 10 acre track of the larger ranch. Not too far from modern amenities, but far enough out to see bright stars at night and enjoy peace and quiet. There is a lot to do in the area, but why would you leave your own town that has it all?!

Summary: We came here to celebrate our grandaughter that died a year to the day. The atmosphere, the touches the fresh air and hospitality of Mike and his family were unmatched. It was the perfect place for us to heal laugh and ring in a new year We will be back again !

Summary: Tombstone is an amazing property-the pictures do not do it justice! The craftmanship of each building and attention to detail are staggering. You can feel the pride in the construction of each building and the outdoor space is perfect for large gatherings. Our family had an awesome Christmas at Tombstone and have already asked if we can do it again when it is our turn to host Christmas. Mike's hospitality made you feel at home and was above and beyond what we expected. Tombstone was decorated for Christmas (what an awesome touch!), very clean, well-stocked, and prepped for entertainment and fun. Mike's communication was always prompt, and he kindly answered our questions. You have to see Tombstone in person to appreciate it.....what a wonderful gemstone of a property with an extraordinary host!

Summary: We had a fabulous time as four different families joined together to celebrate a birthday and the end of summer. This place is unlike any other. Perfect place for everyone to have fun. From the 6 year old to the 40 year old...we had a blast. The owner is super friendly and readily available for any questions or concerns that may arise. Super clean, comfortable beds, and great linens and pillows. They really go above and beyond as hosts to make sure that you have everything you need.

Summary: The owners greeted us personally and gave us a whole tour. Everything you could possibly need is right there! WiFi works great there. Our whole family loved all the amenities especially the pool and sand volleyball. We had no need to leave for entertainment. Our kids, including the teenagers did not complain about being bored. We will definitely come back.
